Taipei, Taiwan, August 29, 2018 –ANTZER TECH, an IoV and telematics solution provider based in Taiwan, is pleased to announce RIFA-B Easy Plug and Track Series with the option of cost efficient NB-IoT/4G CAT-M1 communication.  The all-in-one vehicle tracker will be exhibited in InnoTrans 2018 at booth 225, Messe Berlin GmbH in Berlin, Germany from September 18-21.

 

RIFA-B series is a full-featured GPS tracker with built-in Gyro and G-sensor, and supports OBDII and J1939 protocols.  In addition to existed RIFA-B 3G and 4G trackers, ANTZER TECH recently launched trackers with Low-Power Wide-Area Network (LPWAN), including LoRa and NB-IoT/4G CAT-M1. Especially, NB-IoT/4G CAT-M1 can significantly reduce the cost to as low as 70%-80% of the 3G or 4G monthly communication fee.  

 

The UDR (Untethered Dead Reckoning) and CAN-to-ADR (Automotive Dead Reckoning) functions provide accurate positioning in situations of weak or no GPS signal, such as driving in tunnels, indoor parking facilities, and urban canyons.  ANTZER TECH’s unique CAN-to-ADR technology don’t require additional cabling for wheel speed input, which saves the installation fee for the same GPS accuracy as ADR function (Automotive Dead Reckoning).  

 

Ideal for vehicle tracking and fleet management, RIFA-B Easy Plug and Track Series provides most of the useful features including user-defined polygon and circular geofences, harsh driving behavior alert.  The optional backup battery allows the built-in alarm to stay on for a period of time in case of power loss or device removal.  In addition, the series allows remote firmware upgrade (FOTA) and remote configuration through SMS for easy deploy and maintenance.   

 

The RIFA series is available with two options of form factor: RIFA-B and RIFA-M. RIFA-B Easy Plug and Track device comes with a standard ODB-II connector for easy plug and use; FIFA-M Multifunctional Tracker is equipped with a micro-fit connector for additional I/O extensions such as Digital input, output, RS-232, 1-wire sensor interface, and two-way voice communication.
